About Ulla
Ulla is a Mindfulness and Meditation teacher, rooted in the original teachings the Buddha shared some 2500 years ago. As a working Mum, she has always found the need to ground these ancient teachings in the day-to-day realities of life so that spiritual practice is supportive and relevant rather than just another “ideal” to try to live up to. She is trained in Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness and uses her training to support those who need it most including refugees, survivors of domestic abuse and prisoners. She loves integrating wisdom from different traditions, philosophies and spiritual paths to offer the most helpful tools and techniques to her community.

Working 1:1 With Ulla
In 1:1 meetings, I offer my years of experience to support people on their personal paths, looking deeply into all the questions, confusions and doubts which often hold wisdom and valuable next steps. Together we explore personal questions, bring unconscious beliefs to the light of clarity, and find fresh perspectives which match the individual’s needs. I offer confidential one-to-one conversations on anything related to mindfulness, meditation, and daily life. Each participant freely chooses the number and frequency of meetings. All meetings take 25 minutes and are based on Dana, a principle of reciprocity, where I offer my work in exchange for appropriate financial support a person can currently afford.
